| • Bert J. Peters is a Certified State of Michigan Real Estate Appraiser and President of FriendlyAppraiser.com a division of Peters Real Estate Services. Bert is a graduate of St. Joseph High School and has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business from Ferris State University. He has been a licensed real estate appraiser since 2001 and is FHA certified. Bert is also on the board of directors for Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors as an Appraiser Advisory, he knows South West Michigan real estate values. |

Mark has agricultural experience with orchards, timber properties, dairy facilities and grain facilities, his specialty is agricultural appraisals. Mark also holds a temporary Certified General Appraiser license in Illinois, Ohio, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming and Texas. |

| • Robert J. Lentz is a Certified General Appraiser and has been an appraiser since 2004. Rob specializes in commercial and industrial appraisals of all types, he actually enjoys the more complicated requests. |

| • Betty Ann Anderson is a Limited State of Michigan Real Estate Appraiser that is currently completing her State of Michigan requirements to become certified. Betty is from Tennessee and still has her southern draw; she assists in appraisal data collection and report generation. |
