Hello, my name is Bert Peters; my job is to confirm the value of one of your largest investments, your home.

My Real Estate Experience began in 1992 as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person. I later became a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in 2001.

My diverse Real Estate Background provides first-hand knowledge and understanding of client needs and time tables. And with Real Estate Appraisal Reports always needed sooner than later, I invested in Mobile Wireless Technology allowing extremely fast response times, even when I am out of the office driving to my next inspection.

Clients have always complimented me on my friendly personality, giving me the title of "The Friendly Real Estate Appraiser".
